Encik Amran Mahmood is a vastly experience aficionado of the construction industry. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Housing, Building and Planning majoring in Urban and Regional Planning from Universiti Sains Malaysia Penang in 1993 and immediately built the fundamentals of his trade there coordinating projects for MBF Property Services.
After 8 years in Penang he returned to the state where he was born in 1968, Terengganu, which was undergoing rapid development spurred by the oil & gas industry then. He managed various building and infrastructure projects for various companies serving high profile project owners such as Perbadanan Memajukan Iktisad Negeri Terengganu, Jabatan Kerja Raya, Kemaman Technologies & Industrial Park, Optimal Kerteh, Ministry of Housing and Local Government and many more.
In 2012, Encik Amran joined RN Engineering & Development Sdn Bhd as the Head of Operations, overseeing the company’s infrastructure and maintenance projects in Central, Eastern as well as Southern of Peninsular Malaysia. His tenacity helped to grow RN in the years that he has been on board. In 2018, Encik Amran was officially promoted as the General Manager of Operations and simultaneously appointed as a Member of the Leadership Team of RN Engineering & Development Sdn Bhd.
IR Rahmad graduated from University of Alabama, USA in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1989. This 1966 born Selangorian professional engineer is an active member of the Islamic Engineers Association of Malaysia, holding the position of its treasurer.
IR Rahmad has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry covering the whole spectrum of civil engineering that includes designing, consulting, project management, procurement as well as supervision. His works have benefitted many government and private institutions in Malaysia in many area of civil works such as buildings, roadworks, drainage, water supply that includes feasibility study, treatment plant, pipeline distribution system to consumers and numerous more.
His massive involvement in the industry over time not only enriched his technical skills and knowledge, making him one of the respected figures in his area. His well-liked demeanour on the other hand brings about a well-oiled networking capability with those who matter in the industry. With such vigour, IR Rahmad joined RN as a Member of the Leadership Team in 2019.
A well-travelled Selangorian born in Kajang in 1966, Encik Rosman joined RN Engineering & Development Sdn Bhd as a Member of the Leadership Team in 2013. He oversees the commercial and financial management aspects of RN’s business.
Upon getting his Diploma in Business Studies from Mara Institute of Technology in 1988, Encik Rosman enrolled himself at Western Michigan University, USA to obtain his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Marketing). In 1993 he joined the national oil corporation of Malaysia, PETRONAS. He served the corporation for 20 years, amassing invaluable experience at both domestic and international levels.
The proficiency honed while working with a Fortune 500 outfit as well as interacting with many other multinational corporations across the globe enables Encik Rosman to bring with him admirable management and organization skills. He intends to further strengthen RN as a reputable and solid establishment moving forward; one that is able to withstand the challenges of modern day business in a rapidly changing world.
Datin Norhayati has served multiple organizations in various capacities over her colourful career. She began as an Administration Executive at New Straits Times Press (NSTP) in 1997 before moving on to Malaysian Resources Sdn Bhd (MRCB) two years later. She joined Meranti Investment Group of Companies in 2001, heading its research department in charge of feasibility studies and market surveys for potential projects.
Datin Norhayati is a graduate of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in Bachelor of Library Science and possesses a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia. In lieu of her academic attribute, she expanded her career into lecturing at Open University of Malaysia and Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) before joining RN Engineering & Development Sdn Bhd as a Member of the Leadership Team in 2007.
Currently overseeing the company’s corporate and human resources requirements, Datin Norhayati is also pursuing her PhD in the same area.
